Shop Lucky Lace x AXLWD + FORD Photography

Posted by Tawnylace Taino on

So sorry I have not updated you guys sooner! So much has happened this month so let's get talking!

On June 19th, I was fortunate enough to collaborate with the talented AXLWD + FORD Photography. Liza and Dayleane helped bring my product to life. It was my first professional photoshoot, and although it was fun, it was a ton of work! Styling from head to toe, is not an easy task. Not to mention, it was about 98 degrees and sunny. I want to give a big thank you to Maureen, Maria, and Valerie for running back and forth in the heat, and for being patient with me. If you guys are looking for a photographer to capture your lifestyle, head shots, a special time in your life, hire AXLWD + FORD Photography! Liza and Dayleane are so kind and professional. They can definitely get the job done!

On June 20th, I had my first POP UP SHOP at the Ontario Art District Lofts in California. Another big thank you to my friends Liza and Dayleane for allowing me to take over their showroom and for helping me with their visual merchandising skills. This was my first exposure out of social media, and it was such a beautiful experience! The entire time felt like a dream. I had the sweats and ringing in my ears. It was truly a dream come true for me. There were at least 10 people in my shop from 7-10pm. I also received amazing feedback, and customers were wondering if I was going to be at the next art walk.  A man actually called my items "Bitchin'" (Excuse my foul language, but I loved it!). Due to the feedback, I am happy to announce, I will be at the next Ontario Art Walk on AUGUST 15th. So, mark your calendars and head over to the Ontario Art Walk!

After the two days of hard work, it motivated me to start looking into art walks, flea markets, farmers markets, and more blogging to get more exposure. With that said, you'll be seeing and hearing more of me! So keep your eyes and ears open, I wouldn't want you miss out on Shop Lucky Lace's journey to success! Come back, check out more blog posts, and say hello!
